Neora Capital is a real estate private equity firm that invests in residential properties in Canada and the United States.

Our Expertise

Our principals have extensive experience in residential real estate investments. We have worked at large investment managers before joining forces and creating Neora Capital. We have led the acquisition, operation and sale of thousands of apartments for a combined value of $550M. We collectively delivered outsized returns to investors.

Our Team

Meïr Hayoun is a real estate private equity investor with an extensive track record in creating value for all stakeholders in his real estate career. He led the acquisition, operation and sale of a 1,500+ apartments for a combined value of $550M and his skillset spans the full investment life cycle. Meir has a large network of brokers, lenders, investors, property owners and developers in the United States and Canada.
