About Us

Neora Capital is a real estate private equity firm that acquires and operates multifamily properties in the United States, predominantly in the Sun Belt.

Our principals have extensive experience in the acquisition and operation of multifamily properties.  We have worked at large investment managers before joining forces and creating Neora Capital. We have led the acquisition, operation and sale of thousands of apartments for a combined value of $500M+.

Neora Capital's Founder

Meïr Hayoun is a real estate private equity professional with an extensive track record in creating value for all stakeholders in his real estate career. He led the acquisition and operation of a 1,000+ apartments and his skillset spans the full investment life cycle. Meir has a large network of brokers, lenders, investors and property owners in the United States and Canada.
